Responsibilities

• Supervise Nurse Practitioners who treat clients for anxiety and depression per state regulations and requirements
• Conduct chart reviews for multiple NPs
• Be available and flexible to answer questions, provide clinical clarifications, and escalate issues to medical leadership

Requirements

• Active medical license in good standing in California
• Board certification in Psychiatry
• Medical Doctorate from an accredited medical school
• Previous experience supervising Nurse Practitioners in clinical settings
• 5+ years of direct care experience
• Proficiency with computers and video-conferencing software
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional medical licenses
• Previous telemedicine experience
