Job description

Responsibilities

  • Establish individual and team performance goals in collaboration with the Manager of Operations
  • Act as a technical subject-matter expert and on-site trainer for complex travel scenarios
  • Monitor real-time Telephone Service Factors to ensure compliance with service level standards
  • Manage weekly and monthly work schedules to ensure adequate telephone coverage
  • Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and ongoing written performance evaluations
  • Partner with Client Development to support the implementation of new client service programs
  • Research and recommend cost-effective tools to enhance team performance

Requirements

  • 5 years of Travel Account Management experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of financial travel program drivers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
