Supervisor Customer Service - LHB

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a remote team of inbound and outbound customer service representatives
• Achieve client service expectations and Health Benefits' service objectives
• Manage staff development and client advocacy cases
• Ensure exceptional service delivery through research, problem solving, and reporting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
• Minimum 3-5 years customer service experience in a call center
• Minimum 3 years healthcare, health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Health Care Reform and Medicare/Medicaid benefits
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Associates Degree
• Bilingual English/Spanish
