Supervisor, Imaging

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Imaging Team and manage high-volume image workflows between photographers, vendors, and design teams
• Supervise digital imaging specialists and manage resource allocation and labor planning
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for print and digital imaging
• Manage the flow of image assets through post-production, including color correction and manipulation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, design, and digital product teams
• Coach and mentor team members through ongoing education and feedback
• Manage imaging-related invoices and expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience as a retoucher or image editor for commercial studios
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Adobe Workfront, and Creative Force
• Working knowledge of photography/video equipment and file preparation
• Experience in high-volume, high-production studio environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to handle strenuous deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in post-production, retouching, or color correction leadership
• Proficiency in script writing (Apple Scripts and PC Scripts)
• Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations
