Supervisor, NOC

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and support NOC engineers through regular one-on-ones and performance discussions
• Oversee day-to-day NOC operations and ensure SLAs are met
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and coordinate technical resources during major incidents
• Enhance runbooks, processes, and documentation to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
• Provide clear communication to clients and leadership during critical events

Requirements

• 5+ years of NOC, infrastructure operations, or related IT experience
• Experience serving in a lead, supervisory, or management capacity
• Proven experience managing incidents and escalations
• Strong understanding of networking, systems, and service operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
• ITIL knowledge or certification
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, ITIL Foundation, Azure Network Engineer, or AWS Networking
