Supervisor of Patient Engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Patient Engagement members to ensure timely medication refill support
• Proactively manage support in assigned hospitals and clinics to ensure medication access
• Ensure service level goals are met and maintain high quality of care
• Manage team administrative tasks including ADP, PTO, and time reports
• Provide front-line supervision, coaching, and performance management
• Facilitate team and hospital management meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up
• Establish efficient workflows between the Patient Engagement team and clinical integration teams
• Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
• Manage on-site pharmacy relations and workflows

Requirements

• State registered pharmacy technician or nationally certified CPhT
• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to travel up to once per quarter if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy
• Prior leadership or team lead experience
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one
• Training in leadership or management theory
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing or EMR systems (Willow, Qs1, or RX30)
