Job description

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop relationships and service level agreements with ISPs, carriers, and telecom organizations within the assigned region.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for internet services within your designated countries.
  • Assess cost profiles with local providers and identify initiatives to drive cost savings.
  • Manage pricing negotiations and quality checks in coordination with Sales and Service Delivery teams.
  • Prepare supplier communication plans and negotiate terms and conditions for contracting options.
  • Monitor and review the operational and commercial performance of carriers to initiate improvements.
  • Track regional developments regarding service technologies, pricing, and regulatory environments.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Expereo and supplier partners to support operational escalations.
  • Ensure all supplier products, services, and pricing details are accurately maintained in internal systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher educational level.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Supplier Relations is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and result-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
