Supplier Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships and service level agreements with ISPs, Carriers, Telecom, and Equipment organizations
• Act as the regional expert for Expereo’s Internet services
• Assess cost profiles with local providers and identify cost-saving initiatives
• Manage quality checks, pricing negotiation, and coordination with Sales and Service Delivery teams
• Prepare supplier communication plans and negotiate terms and conditions
• Execute negotiation strategies for favorable pricing, process, service, and quality
• Own supplier relationship management and ensure continuous supplier development
• Regularly review operational and commercial performance of carriers and initiate improvements
• Monitor regional developments in service technologies, pricing, and regulatory environments
• Act as an interface for operational escalations between Expereo and supplier partners
• Ensure supplier products, services, and pricing are properly administered in Expereo Systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Up to 2 years of experience in Supplier Relations preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly organized, accurate, and result-driven
