Supply Chain Manager, Customization

Responsibilities

• Support the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with third-party manufacturers
• Manage end-to-end supply chain for contract partners, resolving production, quality, warehousing, and transportation issues
• Lead weekly performance reviews and use data to drive improvements and track KPIs
• Coordinate planning, execution, and launch activities for new products with contract manufacturers and packaging partners
• Resolve complex operational challenges using proven problem-solving methods

Requirements

• 5-10 years in supply chain operations, preferably in CPG or beverage industries
• Strong negotiation, project management, and supplier relationship management skills
• Experience in highly collaborative and fast-paced business environments
• Proficiency with Google platforms, Salesforce, and leading industry CRM tools
• Experience implementing AI and automation tools
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of beverage systems
• Six Sigma Lean certification
