Supply Chain Operations Analyst - SAP IBP

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and validate purchase order and supply chain data across internal systems
• Support the execution of customer-driven AI GPU purchase orders
• Track material availability, delivery schedules, and data center readiness
• Review data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or potential scheduling conflicts
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to review changing priorities
• Monitor progress against customer satisfaction and delivery dates
• Prepare reports and basic analyses using Excel and Power BI
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate status updates

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or supply chain
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience maintaining large or detailed datasets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Power BI for data analysis or visualization
• Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Exposure to purchase order management or inventory planning
• Familiarity with data centers, hardware delivery, or GPUs
