Supply Chain Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage SCM project intake, prioritization, and tracking
• Maintain the SCM playbook to ensure critical items are prioritized, resourced, and scheduled
• Develop a monitoring program to track procedural adherence and adapt programs as needed
• Lead SOP development to drive consistent, quality processes
• Own business continuity SOPs and quarterly test plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in inventory control and Program Management
• 5 years of experience with supply chain principles
• 5 years of experience with SAP (SaaS) and IMS software
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in supply chain and Program Management
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage through influence
• Data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns
• Familiarity with telco inventory challenges and regulations
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits
