About the Company

Literati is a modern children’s book company focused on building reading skills so kids can grow to be their best selves. We make it easy to find books kids love through school book fairs and book clubs using a unique mix of expert curation and data science.

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Providing personal customer service to school book fair coordinators
  • Checking in with school contacts to assist in running their fairs
  • Distributing resources to assist in book fair planning and operation
  • Providing internal support for Business Development Reps and Account Managers
  • Facilitating customer requests to ensure fairs stay stocked
  • Updating the CRM as customer inquiries are solved
  • Operating and instructing customers on how to use the Square register

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable providing support via phone and email
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable following documented processes and workflows
  • Proficient in using resources to provide great customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience answering phones and emails
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to change tasks throughout the day
