Responsibilities
- Perform professional billing coding for surgical cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Utilize CPT coding expertise to ensure accuracy
- Meet client productivity targets
- Maintain coding quality of 95% or greater
- Maintain a committed regular schedule with reliable and punctual attendance
Requirements
- AHIMA or AAPC certification (CPC, CIC, COC)
- Minimum of two years of experience coding surgical profee records
- Experience coding a variety of multi-specialties
- Technical competency with VPN, multi-factor authentication, and video conferencing
- Proficiency with Outlook and Excel
