Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of cancer survivors
• Administer evidence-based individualized and group survivorship therapy protocols
• Collaborate with MDs, NPs, and care navigators to address patients' mental health needs
• Support the implementation of an innovative cancer survivorship collaborative care program (CoCM)
• Develop comprehensive care plans and provide expertise in behavioral health interventions
• Deliver psychoeducation to survivors and their families using evidence-based content

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical experience in psycho-oncology or survivorship care
• Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Proficiency in CBT and ACT therapeutic modalities
• Availability for a full-time 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
• Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
