Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design a comprehensive exchange program and implementation plan for Africa-Asia livestock and aquaculture systems
  • Coordinate participant selection for farmers, government officials, and researchers
  • Manage all logistics including travel, accommodation, visa processes, and local transport
  • Facilitate interactions with host institutions and stakeholders in Kenya, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, and Vietnam
  • Develop communication and visibility plans, including documentation of lessons learned
  • Produce learning briefs, daily briefs, and final exchange visit reports

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in agriculture, aquaculture, livestock production, rural development, or international development
  • Experience in program design and implementation planning
  • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and logistics coordination
  • Skills in knowledge management and technical reporting
