Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and build a pipeline of new business opportunities, including fund launches and competitor take-away business.
  • Lead and coordinate the response process for due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Sell fund administration and middle office services to target prospects.
  • Maintain accurate sales opportunity data and contact information within the CRM system.
  • Ensure successful implementation and transition of new business to ongoing servicing teams.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, plans, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales Support to produce NDAs, proposals, contracts, and presentations.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or fund administration.
  • Proven experience engaging complex organizations and interacting with C-Level executives.
  • Strong existing network of fund managers, sponsors, trustees, and law firms.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets and asset management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience selling complex financial solutions and managing client objections.
