SVP, Capital Markets & Structured Funding (Group), Fintech

Responsibilities

• Build the 3–5 year funding strategy and convert it into an executable roadmap (base/upside/downside).
• Lead end-to-end execution: origination → structuring → negotiation → documentation → close → lifecycle (reporting, covenants, waivers, refinancings).
• Create repeatable structures and standards: security packages, waterfalls, covenant principles, reporting packs, data room and diligence readiness.
• Establish and run our bond issuance capability (when appropriate): process, materials, counterparties, and ongoing obligations.
• Build senior relationships across banks and institutional capital, and maintain a sharp view of market terms and pricing.
• Partner closely with Risk, Legal, Tax, Treasury and Revenue teams to deliver outcomes with clean governance and a strong audit trail.

Requirements

• 15+ years in capital markets / structured finance / leveraged finance / private credit
• Proven track record leading complex debt transactions end-to-end
• Bond issuance experience (lead role preferred)
• Strong structuring judgment: security, covenants, waterfalls
• Credibility in front of senior counterparties
• Group Treasurer experience with structured funding programs
• Flexibility with frequent travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Emerging markets experience
• Experience with warehouse/SPV/securitisation-style funding
• Experience with private credit raises and capital markets issuance
