SVP of Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on company strategy and long-term planning
• Build trusted relationships with the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders
• Develop long-range financial plans and evaluate investments across product innovation and omnichannel expansion
• Provide financial leadership across customer acquisition economics (CAC, LTV) and subscription performance
• Evaluate profitability across DTC, Amazon, marketplaces, retail, and wholesale channels
• Oversee FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting
• Coach, develop, and empower a high-performing finance team

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Executive leadership experience within high-growth consumer businesses
• Experience scaling a consumer products company from $100M to $150M+ in revenue
• Experience in physical consumer products, preferably consumables or CPG
• Deep experience supporting growth-stage direct-to-consumer subscription businesses
• Meaningful omnichannel experience (DTC, Amazon, and brick-and-mortar retail)
• Proven experience partnering with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and investors
• Deep expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, and capital planning
