Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities across enterprise brands and agency ecosystems
  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects to drive net new revenue
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations and structure scalable deals
  • Partner with product and marketing to ensure solutions meet evolving enterprise needs
  • Establish scalable sales processes to optimize velocity and partner satisfaction
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at global brands and agencies
  • Represent Later externally at conferences and industry forums
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify gaps and opportunities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Experience within SaaS, martech, or creator economy businesses
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise deals
  • Deep expertise in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing
  • Track record of scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree required
