SVP, Platform (Engineering & Product)

Responsibilities

• Provide unified executive leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to a globally distributed organization of platform architects, product managers, and software engineers
• Define and lead the technical roadmap for the enterprise platform and AI engineering capabilities
• Take business and financial accountability for platform-led growth, supporting ARR, NRR, and GRR expansion
• Drive unification and standardization of core capabilities including Authentication, Roles/Permissions, Tasks, Workflows, and Logging
• Architect and oversee strategic multi-cloud convergence for Third-Party Risk Management applications
• Champion developer experience (DX) by building reusable components and technical playbooks
• Establish repeatable technical patterns for moving AI/GenAI capabilities from experimentation to production
• Implement robust testing frameworks and performance SLAs to ensure enterprise-grade stability

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading software product or engineering organizations in B2B SaaS
• 5+ years in an executive-level leadership role (SVP, VP, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of managing both Product Management and Software Engineering teams simultaneously
• 12+ years of progressive technology experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
• Strong technical depth in cloud-native platform design, APIs, microservices, and modern data architectures
• Familiarity with emerging AI/GenAI engineering patterns such as model orchestration, RAG, and embeddings
• Experience managing multi-tiered organizations across distributed geographic locations
• Expertise in engineering metrics such as DORA metrics and system availability
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep domain experience in highly regulated environments like GRC, cybersecurity, or fintech
• Extensive experience scaling complex architectures on AWS and/or MS Azure
• Experience moving advanced AI/Agentic workflows from proof-of-concept to production
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, or Data Science
