System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure new hardware, software, and network components
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design technical solutions
• Provide phone, email, and in-person onsite support to clients
• Mentor, coach, and train other engineers
• Learn and work with new technologies on a constant basis

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience at a Managed Service Provider
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) and Active Directory
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, and Internet Information Services
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows (7/8/10) and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and VMware 5+
• Experience with Storage Area Networks (SANs) and workstation imaging

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 experience
• Law firm experience
