System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain infrastructure for production and staging environments
• Improve infrastructure setup and maintenance processes
• Communicate and collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders
• React to monitoring events including periodical day/night duties
• Support and develop GitLab CI pipelines
• Participate in the design of complex IT systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer or SRE/DevOps
• Strong understanding of Linux-like operating systems administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with configuration management (Ansible, Saltstack, Terraform, or Pulumi)
• Experience with Clickhouse clusters administration and management
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Prometheus stack or Zabbix
• Higher technical education
• Intermediate or higher English and Russian (B1+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Tableau and DataHub services
• Experience with distributed systems
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go
• Experience with log aggregating systems (ELK/EFK stack)
• Experience with cloud provider services
• Experience with self-hosted PostgreSQL clusters
• Experience with domain management (CloudFlare/Route53)
• Experience working in Agile frameworks like Kanban or Scrum
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to optimize workflows
