Systems Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Map, design, and develop end-to-end process automations integrating internal systems and corporate platforms
• Prototype and implement AI solutions such as virtual agents and LLM automations via API
• Support the evolution and technical integration of Arco Educação's systems and architectures
• Gather functional requirements and technical architecture specifications with business and tech teams
• Create detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration maps, and API contracts
• Develop and execute functional, integration, and acceptance tests
• Provide N3 support and manage Incidents, Problems, and Changes (ITIL/GMUD)
• Monitor system performance and availability using observability tools
• Technically evaluate deliveries from external consultancies and vendors

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Previous experience in software development or scripting
• Practical experience integrating AI solutions (OpenAI/Claude APIs, AI frameworks)
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with technical requirement gathering and API documentation
• Knowledge of IT governance processes, ITIL, and Change Management (GMUD)
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of AI frameworks
• Experience with Oracle EBS or ERP integration ecosystems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic
