Systems Analyst Team Lead Revenue Management (Pennsylvania resident)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage department staffing needs, including schedules, project assignments, hiring, and annual evaluations
• Configure and support assigned applications and systems using technical and business knowledge
• Oversee application vendor relationships and release updates, including planning, testing, and documentation
• Perform system maintenance of tables, master files, and data entry automation design
• Serve as a liaison between IT and the business community for department initiatives
• Prepare project documentation such as project plans, requirements, design documents, and test plans
• Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skillsets and promote career growth

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in recruitment, selection, and development of staff
• Strong communication and group problem-solving skills
