Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain clear documentation
• Execute system configurations and report build-outs using various SaaS-based tools
• Develop reporting solutions to support operational and business performance analysis
• Perform initial triage on reported issues and coordinate resolution with vendors
• Monitor data integrity across systems and perform validation
• Act as a technical liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders
• Participate in QA and UAT testing during release cycles
• Support change management processes and ensure adherence to internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role with enterprise applications
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data management platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or value-based care data
• Experience with Population Health based applications
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or ERP based solutions
• Certifications or coursework in SQL or Report building/Analytics
