Systems and Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business-side hub for high level active technology issues impacting CashForCars operations
• Track open tickets, upcoming enhancements, system issues, and project priorities through Jira and Confluence
• Maintain CashForCars-related drip campaigns
• Support use and coordination of Salesforce, MiCom, Calabrio, and AI tools including GPT, Gemini, and Claude
• Contribute to MBR and QBR preparation as a business analytics and systems expert resource
• Identify process gaps, system limitations, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements
• Provide proactive updates to stakeholders on risks, status, dependencies, and next steps
• Oversee an office coordinator in handling minor day to day tech issues

Requirements

• Strong experience working across business operations, systems, stakeholders, and project teams
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear business requirements and user stories
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and related business systems
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Independent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Calabrio
