Systems & Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain visibility of order flow from Shopify through fulfillment to identify anomalies
• Own daily monitoring of customer order flow and investigate technical exceptions
• Serve as the primary technical counterpart for ERP and WMS providers
• Partner with 3PLs to roll out and test warehouse automation software and hardware
• Own technical preparation and volume stress testing for major sale events
• Build and maintain an accurate map of systems and order flow documentation
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of systems improvements and structural gap fixes

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in systems integration, technical operations, or platform engineering
• Experience in DTC, retail, or consumer environments
• Shopify Plus experience including admin API, webhooks, and Flows
• Technical fluency in SQL, data queries, and API integration
• Ability to perform root cause diagnosis and scripting
• Proficiency using AI tools for analysis and documentation
