Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across various technical roles
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn and internal ATS
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies
  • Contribute to employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
  • Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
  • Identify and suggest process improvement ideas to optimize recruitment workflows

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Fluency in English to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and international environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR
  • Background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding
