Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and execute hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and external partners
  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and inclusive candidate experience
  • Track recruitment activity and share updates on pipeline progress and key metrics
  • Execute employer branding initiatives across social media and talent-facing content
  • Plan and promote hiring campaigns, talent events, and brand-strengthening initiatives
  • Collaborate with People, Marketing, and business leaders to align efforts with organizational priorities

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and stakeholder management
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate-facing content
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across recruitment and branding
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of employer branding, social media, or recruitment marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience supporting employer brand campaigns or talent communications
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring improvements
  • Experience organizing hiring events or talent community engagement
  • Understanding of global hiring practices and remote workforce recruitment
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment or content tools
