Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the company.
• Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity to improve talent density.
• Partner with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HRBPs and other stakeholders to align on current and future hiring needs and challenges.
• Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other recruiting metrics.
• Personally drive senior and hard-to-fill searches and mentor recruiters on complex searches.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process and lead talent projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead or Manager in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and upskill recruiters to achieve measurable hiring outcomes.
• Track record of hiring senior, world-class talent and defining a high hiring bar.
• History of delivering against aggressive hiring goals and managing high-volume hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive team performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Positive attitude toward crypto and digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring technical roles and senior leadership in tech companies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.
• Background in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience running cross-functional hiring projects and improving process efficiency.
• Strong coaching and people development track record.
