  • Manage all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel
  • Leverage networks to unlock access to top talent in Europe
  • Build and maintain relationships with future leadership talent
  • Partner with founders on onboarding, candidate experience, and hiring foundations

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong execution rigor and discipline
  • Proven relationship building and networking skills
  • Collaborative energy and high ambition
