Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions
  • Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions
  • Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals
  • Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition
  • Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles such as Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, and Analytics
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team
  • Expertise in sourcing marketing specialists (Digital, Performance, Growth, Analytics, Content)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
