Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring for marketing roles across multiple functions
- Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process for marketing positions
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and marketing performance goals
- Mentor, coach, and support recruiters specializing in marketing talent acquisition
- Build scalable sourcing strategies for key marketing roles such as Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, Content, CRM, and Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for marketing roles
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team
- Expertise in sourcing marketing specialists (Digital, Performance, Growth, Analytics, Content)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
