Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build the talent acquisition function from the ground up, including processes, tools, and playbooks
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across sales, technology, finance, compliance, and operations
  • Partner directly with the C-suite and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, niche fintech communities, and direct headhunting
  • Manage and optimize the ATS (Workable) to improve pipelines and reporting
  • Build the company's employer brand across key markets including SEA, LATAM, MENA, and Europe
  • Track and report on key TA metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, and offer acceptance rates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Background in fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services
  • Proven track record of hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruitment
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a strong plus)
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and C-suite hiring processes
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate for a hybrid role
