Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding market trends, candidate availability, and other relevant information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our TAaaS processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven track record in supporting regional clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles and functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
