Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle across Middle East & Asia (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
- Develop tailored regional recruitment strategies ensuring compliance with local labour laws
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define workforce plans and role profiles
- Build and maintain talent pools and networks for critical / hard-to-fill roles
- Promote employer brand via social media, job boards and regional events
- Ensure inclusive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication
- Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes
