Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle across Middle East & Asia (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
  • Develop tailored regional recruitment strategies ensuring compliance with local labour laws
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define workforce plans and role profiles
  • Build and maintain talent pools and networks for critical / hard-to-fill roles
  • Promote employer brand via social media, job boards and regional events
  • Ensure inclusive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication
  • Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes
