Talent Acquisition Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding for various corporate functions including Technology, Banking, and Finance
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and identify new workflows to increase hiring speed and quality
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with hiring managers to develop competency-based selection and behavioral interview processes
• Source, screen, and interview applicants while maintaining continuous candidate engagement
• Develop and negotiate job offers in line with approved guidelines
• Support employment branding through advertising, college recruiting, and career programs
• Train hiring managers on talent acquisition tools and interviewing techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong interviewing and negotiating skills
• Proficiency in organizational awareness and interpersonal communication
