About the Company

Injective Labs is trailblazing a new dawn for Web3 enabled finance. We are the core contributors to Injective, one of the fastest growing blockchains in the industry, providing an interoperable smart contracts platform optimized for decentralized finance applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team priorities
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes between candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in the ATS
  • Identify and implement new strategies to attract applicants and solve acquisition challenges
  • Participate in company-wide People Ops initiatives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a startup environment
  • Experience recruiting across global markets (US, Europe, Asia, or Latam)
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for highly technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Knowledge of the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystem
  • Experience using ATS systems (Ashby preferred)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
