Talent Acquisition Specialist Internship

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for the LATAM region
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and various social platforms
• Assist with resume screening and initial candidate outreach
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote company culture
• Track recruitment data and assist with reporting tasks
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team on specific hiring needs

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Fluency in at least one of the following: Spanish or Portuguese
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or previous experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional sourcing platforms
