Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including resume screening, phone screens, and virtual or in-person interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and selection criteria
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the company's employer brand and participate in career fairs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline visibility to stakeholders and department heads

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar full-cycle recruitment role
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of candidate assessment techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
