Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including resume screening, phone screens, and virtual or in-person interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and selection criteria
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the company's employer brand and participate in career fairs
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline visibility to stakeholders and department heads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar full-cycle recruitment role
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of candidate assessment techniques
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
