Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for Operations and Support Services functions
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the internal recruitment team, including setting performance targets and distributing requisitions
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume F&B Operations and specialized Support Services roles
  • Manage relationships and contracts with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and manpower suppliers
  • Act as the internal administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data hygiene and process automation
  • Develop sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GulfTalent, and referral networks
  • Collaborate with Heads of Departments to forecast workforce needs and define job profiles
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, to provide regular reports to the HR Manager
  • Enhance Joud Coffee's employer brand to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
  • Experience in team management and mentoring recruitment professionals
  • Strong background in managing external recruitment agencies and third-party suppliers
  • Proficiency in ATS administration and maintaining clean data architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Experience in recruitment metrics analysis and reporting
