Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Conduct structured interviews to assess professional and soft skills
• Utilize AI tools for sourcing, screening, and process automation
• Analyze recruitment funnels and key metrics such as time-to-hire and conversion
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, Artstation, Behance, and other channels
• Consult hiring managers on role requirements and market trends
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the employer brand

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the gamedev industry
• Proven track record with technical and creative positions
• Practical experience with talent mapping and active sourcing of passive candidates
• Experience with executive search and highly personalized outreach
• Proficiency in using various sourcing channels and ATS tools
• Ability to conduct various interview types (competency, behavioral, case-based)
• Upper-Intermediate English level

• Experience with TeamTailor
• Experience recruiting for marketing positions
• Practical experience in international hiring
• Interest in automation and optimization of recruitment processes
