Talent Experience Executive

Responsibilities

• Design and run internal communication campaigns that reinforce company values and culture
• Plan and deliver employee engagement programs, workshops, and initiatives
• Create cross-platform content (presentations, videos, memos) for internal audiences
• Coordinate and manage internal events, vendors, and contracts
• Collect and analyse engagement metrics and feedback to inform improvements
• Support workspace and culture projects in line with organisational objectives
