Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification of high-quality, succession-ready external candidates for VEON's critical roles
  • Contribute to the quarterly succession pack with internal and external succession pipelines
  • Provide updates on external market talent, including mobility, availability, and competitor movements
  • Ensure a consolidated view of ready-now and emerging successors for defined critical roles
  • Present quarterly updates to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Translate research into succession-ready insights
  • Maintain active contact with shortlisted pipeline candidates

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of executive search research experience at a top-tier firm
  • Strong foundation in executive research methodology
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Ability to translate research into insights
  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Comfort with AI tools for search and sourcing
  • High judgment, confidentiality, and data-quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with critical leadership roles in telecom, digital, or tech in frontier markets
