Talent Operations

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and launch strategic Talent projects using AI, workflow automations, and cutting-edge technology.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, including interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Identify and integrate new Talent tools to constantly upgrade the company's tech ecosystem.
• Design best-in-class Talent processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Implement a data strategy to ensure all talent decisions are data-driven.
• Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to surface bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel.
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within or directly with Talent functions.
• Top-notch project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• High aptitude for mastering software and technical tools; experience with data and building metrics dashboards is a plus.
• Technical ability to code or "vibe-code" solutions independently.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust with cross-functional leaders.
• A process-driven mindset with experience in creating, improving, or automating workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Ashby (our ATS).
