Talent Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end talent technology stack, including vendor strategy, build vs. buy decisions, and tool integration.
• Design and drive organization-wide hiring programs, interview evaluation systems, and headcount planning solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of Talent Operators and Coordinators, setting direction and managing priorities.
• Own the talent data strategy by defining key metrics and building dashboards to surface actionable insights.
• Act as a strategic interface between Talent and cross-functional partners in People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
• Identify and eliminate operational drag by building durable SOPs and deploying automation via AI tooling or custom integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading talent operations or similar operational functions in a high-growth technology company.
• Deep experience owning or influencing a recruiting tech stack, including ATS pipelines and HRIS integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to design global programs and execute tactical technical configurations.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside senior leadership.
• A builder's instinct with a focus on systemic solutions and hands-on automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and running multi-market or international hiring programs.
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar technical solutions.
• Prior experience working in or alongside a fast-scaling AI or deep tech company.
