About the Company

Silver is a talent agency that connects engineers from Argentina and Uruguay with high-performance startups in the US. We work with companies like Scale AI, X (Twitter), Ramp, and multiple Y Combinator startups building global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach high-potential profiles from non-traditional channels
  • Source talent from universities, closed technical communities, and hackathons
  • Leverage personal networks and relevant physical environments to find exceptional talent
  • Connect high-signal candidates with real opportunities within the Silver ecosystem

Requirements

  • Direct experience in technology (engineering, product, etc.)
  • Exposure to startup culture or technical communities
  • Access to privileged talent pools such as universities or selective groups
  • Strong judgment to evaluate potential beyond just years of experience
