Task Order Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage specific task orders for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
• Combine Agile expertise with project management leadership to enable delivery teams
• Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using Agile methodologies
• Drive strategic change across the organization for Agile adoption
• Work directly with Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), Task Order Managers, and Government personnel
• Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant project management experience
• 5 years of leadership experience in IT or consulting fields
• Demonstrated experience with Agile coaching, advising, and mentoring
• Organization-level experience with executive coaching on digital service delivery design
• PMP Certification or equivalent
• Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent Agile certification
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Additional Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe Program Consultant, etc.)
• Experience with DoD or DLA contracting systems
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern software architectures
• Familiarity with AI/ML implementation in enterprise environments
