Teaching Assistant: Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor communication channels to answer learner questions promptly
• Facilitate breakout rooms and assist during live lecture sessions
• Conduct up to six individual office hours per week for learner support
• Grade learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven days
• Provide video walkthroughs for asynchronous assignments
• Submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments, challenges, and learner insights
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and mandatory onboarding

Requirements

• Data Analytics professional with experience in Supply Chain Analytics
• Holds a Supply Chain Procurement Certificate or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Experience operating in a fully virtual environment
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Experience with Zoom and Pumble

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience with adult learners
