Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 7-8 Launch Specialists in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to support productivity goals
  • Handle inbound or outbound calls to caregivers, patients, AAAs, and MCOs as needed
  • Audit calls and Salesforce documentation to ensure quality standards and compliance
  • Provide peer-to-peer coaching, feedback, and training material development
  • Monitor daily workflows and KPIs to ensure team performance
  • Act as the direct point-of-contact for team member inquiries and issue resolution
  • Assist with interviewing and training new employees

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or similar environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and motivate a team to meet targets
  • Ability to travel domestically for launch purposes as needed
