Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7-8 Launch Specialists in a fast-paced call center environment
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to support productivity goals
- Handle inbound or outbound calls to caregivers, patients, AAAs, and MCOs as needed
- Audit calls and Salesforce documentation to ensure quality standards and compliance
- Provide peer-to-peer coaching, feedback, and training material development
- Monitor daily workflows and KPIs to ensure team performance
- Act as the direct point-of-contact for team member inquiries and issue resolution
- Assist with interviewing and training new employees
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or similar environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and motivate a team to meet targets
- Ability to travel domestically for launch purposes as needed
