Team Lead - Operações Jurídicas | Trust & Safety

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust & Safety operations team, including 1:1s, feedback, and hiring
• Own moderation operation results, including SLAs, quality, and backlog
• Monitor operational indicators and transform deviations into action plans
• Connect operations to product by aligning priorities with the PM and evolving tools with Engineering and Data
• Translate operational insights into intelligence for product and technology decisions
• Build and maintain AI agents for the operation, including prompt auditing
• Master the Moderation Policy and its legal foundations
• Use AI methodically to automate and improve productivity

Requirements

• Law degree
• Proven experience in people management
• Experience in technology companies or indicator-oriented operations
• Data management skills with critical reading of dashboards
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs
• Experience in developing and monitoring OKRs
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of privacy and personal data protection (LGPD)
• Experience with legal content analysis or legal ops
• Familiarity with model evaluation techniques (evals, LLM-as-judge, golden sets)
• Experience building AI agents or automated evaluation pipelines
• Experience with QA methodologies and evaluator calibration
• Experience working in product squads with PMs and Engineering
• Intermediate English
